In the event of such a failure, it is generally necessary to replace the valve, and check whether the valve guide and piston connecting rod mechanism are abnormal.

Fault 2: Poor sealing performance of valve oil seal burns oil

The failure of engine burning oil caused by the poor sealing performance of valve oil seal is more common in our maintenance process. Some vehicles because the engine has been subjected to high temperature, because the main body of the valve oil seal is rubber, so lead to poor rubber performance after high temperature, resulting in reduced sealing performance oil leakage; Some vehicles valve oil seal oil leakage is caused by the installation process error when replacing the valve oil seal, resulting in the valve oil seal is damaged; There are also some vehicle failure is the valve oil seal quality is not up to standard.

Fault 3 The valve sound is too loud

Large valve sound is also a common fault that we encounter. This fault occurs in vehicles that need to manually adjust the valve clearance. With the increase of engine service time, we need to check the valve clearance regularly. Once the valve clearance is too large, the clearance between the valve rocker arm and the valve rod of the engine will be too large, resulting in abnormal sound.
