In recent days, the production workshop of  DeLong Valve Manufacture Co., Ltd. has been a scene of intense activity. All production lines are operating efficiently at full capacity, as workers stay busy with production and order fulfilment, striving to achieve a strong start in the first quarter.

“At present, we have more than 50 workers in the factory, and everyone is working hard every day to speed up production. We have more than 60 units of the most advanced automated equipment in China, with a daily output of over 30,000 finished valves,” said Yilai Yang, team leader of the CNC lathe group at DeLong Valve Manufacture Co., Ltd.

Founded in 2013, DeLong Valve Manufacture Co., Ltd. is a professional manufacturer of internal combustion engine valves. The company mainly produces valves for automobiles, general gasoline engines, diesel engines, motorcycles, and agricultural machinery engines.

For more than ten years, the company has been rooted in Hongping Industrial Park, XingLong Town, Meitan County, Guizhou Province, China. It has always adhered to its corporate principle of “Customer First, User Foremost” and has served customers with a spirit of craftsmanship and a pursuit of perfection. From a small factory at the beginning, DeLong has gradually grown into a “Healthy Enterprise of Zunyi City,” a “High-Tech Enterprise of Guizhou Province,” and a “Specialized and Innovative Small and Medium-Sized Enterprise of Guizhou Province.” The company’s steady development has also injected strong momentum into local livelihood improvement by creating jobs for nearby residents and enabling villagers to increase their income close to home.

“I have worked at DeLong for 13 years. I used to work in electric upsetting, small-head welding, centerless grinding, overall length cutting, precision turning of outer conical surfaces, and packaging. Now I am mainly responsible for warehouse delivery,” said Zuwen Mao, a worker at DeLong Valve Manufacture Co., Ltd., with a smile.

Industrial prosperity brings stable employment. The company currently has 68 employees. Its management team includes master’s degree holders, bachelor’s degree holders, and technical personnel at senior, intermediate and junior levels, forming a professional and efficient production and R&D team. To meet market demand, DeLong has introduced more than 60 sets of advanced automated valve production equipment from China, built automated processing lines, and equipped itself with 16 complete testing devices, achieving an annual production capacity of 12 million valves. At present, the company’s production orders have been scheduled through June this year.

“DeLong is now making production adjustments in areas such as quality, product standards, and output, as we prepare to shift from the domestic market to overseas markets. Currently, production tasks for the first half of the year have already been fully scheduled, and workers are willing to work overtime. Through a piece-rate wage system and an incentive mechanism that rewards more work with higher pay, employees are highly motivated,” said Keyong Xia, head of the Production Department of DeLong Valve Manufacture Co., Ltd.

In terms of market expansion, DeLong Valve has established long-term cooperation with dozens of well-known domestic enterprises through its reliable product quality. The company also holds import and export trade qualifications, and its products are exported to more than ten countries and regions across Southeast Asia, Africa, Europe and the Americas. At present, DeLong is accelerating its transformation from the domestic market to overseas markets, while simultaneously promoting the optimization and upgrading of production processes, quality control, and capacity structure, so as to meet the needs of the international market with higher standards.

“DeLong plans to add new equipment, continue to advance process optimization, and continuously improve production efficiency and core competitiveness. At the same time, we will closely follow changes in market demand, further strengthen product quality and the aftermarket, and consolidate our industry advantages and expand our development space with more stable quality and better services,” Xia Keyong said with confidence.
